Effective protection from graffiti: 2K Antigraffiti Clear Varnish creates a coating, which prevents graffiti from adhering to the metal. Consequently, it can be removed easily, without any lasting residue. Graffiti is certainly the worst and most noticable form of dirt. The optical beauty of many buildings suffers from damaging environmental influences as well. Cleaning is often very time-consuming and costly. It is not possible to remove graffiti from unprotected preweathered RHEINZINK without permanent optical damage to the surface (see Cleaning).
The RILUMA-2K-Antigraffiti System offers effective protection:
After installation, the surfaces are coated with the 2K-Antigraffiti-Clear Varnish. This varnish creates a poor contact between the layers so that graffiti can be removed easily and without residue with Graffiti-Ex 2000, which is part of the Antigraffiti System. The varnish is open to diffusion by steam, causing no damage to optical quality. This has no detrimental effect on further weathering.
